With a deep backyard, this modern farmhouse offers beautiful views of the property from its interior great room.

After the homeowner approached us with an initial design, a few modifications were made to create a home that meets all their specific needs and desires. This beautiful home now overlooks a peach orchard in Mullica Hill.

With large balconies on the upper floors, this tall, three-story design perfectly suits its narrow shore lot with both ocean and bay views.

The screened porch, mudroom, and laundry room are tied together specifically so the family dogs can come and go from yard. However, it is the vaulted ceilings and columns that bring the dining, kitchen, and family rooms together to form a unique hub in the core of the house.

The owner's vision for a contemporary  farmhouse led to the creation of this design.

While the exterior looks like an expansive two story, the design allows for one story living with extra high ceilings that bathe the home in natural light throughout.

We worked closely with the homeowners to expand upon a design previously developed by Keith A. Kirsch, Architect LLC in 2003. The new floor plan now includes an expanded garage and in-law suite.

This home was designed in conjunction with a builder-contractor looking to develop this corner property with an attractive new home.
